"We have used your monthly LOF mail reminder program for over five years with outstanding success. The post cards are very recognizable to our customers and the scratch off discount coupon is very effective. We are also involved in GM's CSSR program and many of our customers receive duplicate offers. After careful review we made a decision to stick with the Car People Marketing program as well as GM's required CSSR program. After two years on both programs I can tell you that 90% of our customers come in for service with "Car People" coupons. I know that be a fact because I look at every repair order in the morning from the previous day's service business. The page layout and scratch off discounts work very well for DeVoe Chevrolet.
