Service Tip #4 - No More Negative!

The world is full of doomsayers, don’t be one of them. When customers show up at your dealership for service, the last thing they need to hear about is how slow things have been or about the pay cuts everyone just took. Don’t talk to them about recent layoffs and that no one is buying cars. All that does is feed more fear, they already have enough! Greet customers with enthusiasm and be positive. Your main focus should be taking care of the vehicle and making sure they are completely satisfied. Start talking about the positives and not the negatives. Try it! You’ll like it!
