Service Tip #54 - Whip the Competition with Recalls!

No independent shop can do recalls or warranty work, but you can. So use this tidbit of information when you're enticing customers on the phone. When Service Advisors talk to prospective customers on the phone they need to give customers features, benefits and advantages - reasons to do business with your store. They need to always mention that while the customer's car is in they will check for any recalls and complete them, at no charge, for their convenience.
